I am working on a Global Graduate Project reviewing the Graduate application flow in Taleo. So like to have some ideas around the 3 questions?

1. Is there a maximum number of pages where a Graduate will go through before giving up on the application?

2. What are the typical number of application pages in a Graduate Application Flow?

3. What are the typical number of mandatory fields in a Graduate Application Flow?
