Candidate Talent Pools & Exposing Comments

My Recruiters have just begun using the Talent Pools and have figured out how to mass email candidates from a pool by searching talent pools under search candidates.

However, is there a way that anyone can then see the comments on that candidate and not just a req owner.

I constantly get questions from my recruiters who are sourcing and why they can't email a candidate or add a comment if they aren't the owner.
