Historial Data in Reports

I am looking for suggestions and best practices to pull historical data.  Specifically I am trying to pull how many resumes review, interviews, phone screens, etc the recruiters performed in 2011 in order to provide general stats for our year end review.

Also what reports do you use to measure recruiter productivity?
