EEO report for US... need a special data

Dear all,

Due to the US legislation, we have to create a report for the OFCCP.
We have already created an EEO report but we need to improve it.

We need help concerning some prompt we would like to add and the results we need to have.

First of all, here is what we need to get for the OFCCP report to be compliant for the government regulations and requirements :
We need to see all the applicants for jobs where we had new hires during the same year.
So very clearly we need to have the prompt " Requisitions with Actual Start Date from -to with all the applicants who applied to the req.
