Copying Enrollment Communications Messages

The copy feature for the Enrollment communications messages may be broken.  Another administrator tried it to no avail.  When you copy the message and save it - the screen says that the message is saved, but it doesn't show up in the message list.

Is anybody else having this problem?  I believe that a support ticket was submitted.
