SCORM imported course with a quiz retake, possible?

We used the SCORM importer to load a course that happens to include an internal quiz that if you fail lets you retake the quiz.

It works in every way except that when I test the course and fail on purpose so I can go back to retake the quiz there is a strange behavior that after you hit submit upon answering the question,  it does not let you do the click anywhere to continue as it does the first time around. I can click on the question on the side TOC to answer each question again. It does happen to work when I test it prior to loading into the learn center. Not even sure what to look at, this is a course being
