Can Learn Centers have more than one Pay Pal eCommerce account?

Our hospital organization has close to 300 cost centers. We want to have one of our sub LearnCenters be for outreach education. We want the public to only have to go to one site to find the various services that we offered.

Our Outreach portal would include various "products" sold by different cost centers. Examples include:

• conferences that several different dept hold each year,
• books and supplies that are offered by two different dept for public purchase
• an affiliated organization dept that wants to sell their classes.

We would like to use 4-5 different Pay Pal accounts in the same SubLearnCenter so that our finance dept isn't trying to figure out what revenue belongs to who. Is this possible? We really don't want to have to manage a separate learncenter for each account.
