Dual eSignatures

I am curious if there is a way to capture both the recruiter and the applicant signature (dual eSignature) within the Onboarding module.  My understanding is the recruiter signature is usually captured in the offer module but we do not plan to deploy offer due to the inability to amend/alter letters once they are created.
