Quiz formatting

Hello,

We have been having issues with the formatting of our quizzes and surveys.  We have submitted incident reports, and have not gotten any solutions, so if you have suggestions that would be great.  Our quizzes look great on the admin side and then when we assign them to employees, the formatting of the questions and the spacing is wrong.  Do you have any suggestions?
