Have Hiring Managers create a requisition request using a webform

We feel Taleo is too complicated to have our hiring managers create a job requisition themselves.

That's why we are playing with the idea to create a simple webform allowing them to create a requisition in a very intuitive way.

When submitting this would create an XML file that would create a draft requisition in Taleo using TCC (coping with the different defaulting and transformation logic)

Has anybody done something similar ?  And do you have any lessons learnt to share ?
