Attachments in SWT

Hi!

We recently had to purchase additional space because of the number of attachments we are adding to SWT for reqs and candidate files. Our CE indicated that we seem to be attaching a lot more information than other clients, and that we should not be using Taleo as a data warehouse. I am wondering how other clients capture different types of information and where they house the information.

Specifically, I am wondering about Position Intake information, Interview Guides, and Approvals that take place out of the system (both req and offer approvals).

In addition, what types of documents do your recruiters attach to your requisition and candidate files?
