Need to Split Drug Test Consent from our Background Passport

We use an ADP passport for both Background and Drug Test screening.  However, we would like to have seperate consents for each screening process.  Our obstacles are:

    1. Both passports reference the same Background Consent field
    2. We cannot even produce a second Bacground Consent for the purpose of a Drug Test Consent.

Is anyone else doing both screening process via passport.  If so, how are you handle similar consent issues?
