Hi All,

I'm actually coping this from someone's post back in 2010 as at Analog we are reviewing our employee referral program and though there were some great contributions on the original post the data is now 2 years old.  If anyone would mind please respond to the following.

Does your company have an Employee Referral Program?  If yes, would you mind sharing the following.

  • Are all employees eligible to receive employee referral bonuses, or is it limited to certain job levels? ie, are executives eligible to participate?  HR?

  • Do you know you your top referrers are? Nonexempt individual contributors, Exempt individual contributors, front line or mid-level management, or senior/upper level management?
