Security in Analytics not working.

We are trying to activate Business Objects Analytics but the permissions do not seem to be working the same way as in reporting.  Our test users have the ability to view all Taleo data instead of only their user group data.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  I have a ticket open with Taleo but they have been unable to resolve.
