Reporting & Analytics - Hyperlink in PDF?

Hello,

We send a daily report to our internal communications group that details all of the positions that were posted the prior day.  Internal communications then distributes to various stake holders within the company.  We utilize system capabilities to have the report automated and sent daily.

Has anyone been able to build a hyperlink that is included within the PDF?  Would like stake holders to be able to jump directly to CS website versus manually opening and searching for the position.
