Anyone else having issues after the outage with the LearnCenter over the weekend?

I can't run reports and now I've found that my course files on the FTP server have been deleted!
I can go back as far as 2/24 and all the files on the FTP server have been deleted.
The course will not run until I reload all the course files.
I unfortunately have to reload about 30 courses.
They have no status on this yet.
Did anyone else find something that is not working so I can check for that also?
