Allow Taleo to become a Searchable Database in the Avature (CRM) Integration

We went live with the Avature/Taleo integration last Spring, and ever since our recruiters have been asking us why they cannot use the Taleo database to source candidate from.  With the number of candidates that apply through our zone there is without a doubt many viable candidates within the Taleo database that could be considered and sourced for other positions. Our Executive recruiters solely use Avature to source all canddiates and because of this there are candidates within the Taleo database that are missed.
