How is everyone finding their experience with Oracle Support and Taleo? I'm finding the response time to be very slow. This is frustrating, especially when Taleo controls certain features and we can't get in touch with a Taleo person. I'm venting here, but honestly, it's pretty bad when I try to get the Lindkedin Integration turned on and it's been over 24hrs since the ticket was created and it's in the New status. I guess we just have to deal with it.
