Offer letters

Hi,

I am trying to design the process for a offer letter to be approved and then sent out to candidates. I saw a discussion from last year and I'd like to know if someone found a good way of doing it:

1- Sometimes when an offer letter is sent for approval changes are made. For instance, salary amount may have to be modified. However, I could not find an easy way of modifying the letter that has already been created other than saving it to my pc and back to Taleo. Any ideas? It would be great if managers could easily edit the letter from their end and send it back to me for finalization.
