Creating a Link for a Downloadable ePub File

My company is currently trying to figure out a way to have a customer click a link and download an ePub file from our Learn site. So far we've had no luck in coming up with a solution. I know that .ePub files are not supported by Learn, but is there a way to create a link that starts a download when clicked that can function like a library where a person may be able to open their eBook in Adobe Digital Editions and drag it to a device? Any ideas, suggestions, or thoughts of how impossible this may be
