Dynamic Object preventing display of all online course completions

I've created a Taleo/Oracle ticket for this, but has anyone experienced this issue and successfully implemented a workaround or fix?

Some employees are only able to see 20 of their online course completions due to an issue with the dynamic object.  It's not a global issue, just some employees are affected.
