Password Recovery page problems

Hello,

has anyone had any problems with the header on the password recovery (Forgot Password?) page? It looks fine on all our other sub LC's but this one is different. (image attached). I also noticed a difference in the image properties on that page. Other pages images show following directory:

https://peci.learn.com/files/images/sce_logo.png

but on the Password Recovery page, when I click on image properties, it shows:

https://peci.learn.com/lcnet/security/prq/files/images/sce_logo.png

this is probably why the header is not showing, but why is the directory different?
