Does anyone know if it is possible in Taleo Reporting to capture CSW status history by applicant per req?

I am trying to produce a diversity report that will show out applicants from start to finish in the hiring process. What I am being asked to provide is a count of applicants per req that have moved from application submitted to HIRED.

For example:

This first set of data would be an applicant report by req to represent the Ethnicity counts

Req          Ethnicity 1          Ethnicity 2          Ethnicity 3          Total Applicants          Total Diverse Applicants

1234               5                        3                        1                         9                                    4

Next would be a report that would show how many of the 9 total applicants above made it to Manager Review
