Copied Learning Plans

I copied learning plans for the 2012 year to roll out to the company. The learning plan option tab is 9 months but I need to manipulate the course dates in the learning plan.  If there are 5 courses they need to have a different due date.  We do not want the employee to wait until the last minute to complete the courses.  How can I edit the date in a copied learning plan?  I do not want to go and recreate the same learning plan the copying helped tremondsly.
