Hi Everyone,

I am currently looking at automating our perfomance appraisal system.  I work in banking so our compensation matrix can be complicated.  I am looking for a system that will be easy to set up and easy for our managers to understand.  Could anyone provide me with some feedback with what they like/dislike about the system, ease of use, how your managers feel about the system, and training and support.  Your feedback will help tremendously, thanks so much!

PS - I currently use their Recruitment system and was also wondering if employees could transfer from Recruit straight into Perform.
