Career Site Errors in Staging Zone for 12b

We are currently in the baseline testing phase of migrating to 12b.  We are encountering some system error messages and "Error on Page" when attempting to do simple tasks on our Career Site in our staging zone, such as add a position to a job cart. 

I wanted to see if there are any other Taleo clients who have migrated and/or are testing 12b and have encountered any of these types of error messages and how you went about resolving those issues. 

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
