Sending Shortlisted Candidate Details to Hiring Managers

While our hiring managers have access to Taleo Recruit many of them want details of short-listed candidate via email. The catch is that they do not want one email per short-listed candidate as is provided as part of the Taleo Recruit functionality. They want all the canddiate details in one email. Attachments are okay.

Currently the recruiters are preparing summary information on the short-listed candidates in an Excel sheet and attaching this and the the CVs/Resumes in a zip file.

I could prepare a report for the recruiters which provides them with the short-listed canddiate information which could be saved as an Excel file. They could use this and attach the CV's/Resumes and this Excel file to the email to the hiring manager.
