Deleting Custom Forms in OnBoarding

Good morning,

I am in the process of implementing Taleo OnBoarding and while testing the system I have created test employees and assigned them activities to eSign forms.  My goal was to check the formating of the forms and also test the functionality of the OnBoarding features within Taleo.  Within this process I have had to reload some of the forms once I've corrected the formatting issue or etc... however; I'm unable to remove the incorrect form.  I've deleted all of my test employees, removed all forms under the activity and removed any connected fields within the form (i.e. <<Employee Name>>, <<Employee
