Limiting candidate listing in New Interview/New Event for Hiring Manager

Hello,

On my view, for my calendar and my interviews sections, there are options for new interview and new event.  For hiring managers, I want to restrict the list view to only candidates who are associated with their reqs, but struggling with how I do?  I think I should be able to do in list view, but not sure how to handle this one?
