Hello everyone,
I am attempting to create an IF/AND/OR formula within the BO tool, but I am having some difficulties in creating the logic. I am use to creating either simple IF statements in BO, but this is my first attempt at a more complex formula. Here is what I am attempting to do......
I have a simple data set of Recruiter Name, Req. Organizational Level 2, and a manually created field called X. In the data, I have the following values:
Recruiter Name - John Doe, Steve Smith
Req. Organizational Level 2 - Sales, Non-Sales
