Does anyone know if its possible in Taleo to automate rejection emails if a candidates req specific

I am trying to see if Taleo is able to automate the sending out of rejection emails for candidates with a certain req specific disposition.  I know you can set up the system so that when you reject someone or make them not minimally qualified.  Is there a way to skip that step and the system just sends that email once a diposition is selected?  I thought the system was initially able to do something like this but can't seem to find where I would need to go to activate this feature.
