Delegation of duties

Hello-

I'm trying to figure out whether there's a way for me to transfer all of my (or anyone else's) work inside Taleo across to another user - for example if I'm ill or on holiday. Obviously it's easy enough to do this piece by piece, but I'm hoping there's a similar way of doing this.

Any help very much appreciated.
