When pulling certain PDF forms for certain employees, how can I include the eSignature form?

We're working on uploading some of the PDF forms from our Onboarding system into our HRIS system; however, the part of the form that we're most concerned with is the eSignature form. The process I'm taking now is: Select multiple employees-->Choose Forms-->Select the Form I wish to send--> then I send them via Zip to myself. However, when I do this, I get the physical PDF (which is great), but I need that eSignature form to keep on hand for documentation. Is this possible or does anyone have any workarounds?
