TBE SSO, in .Net Environment

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could offer any advice as to setting up TBE SSO, from within Visual Studio 2010? Recently I was given the task of setting up a web page that offers a SSO link for Taleo Learn and for Taleo Business Edition, the Learn section was easy but the Business side seems a lot more complicated with the SAML 2.0 protocol. I have a limited amount of time that I can really allocate to this project and was wondering if anyone could help point me in the right direction? I have read over the documentation from Final_SSO_SP_SETUp_GUIDE_v122.pdf
