Hi,

I'm interested in hearing from other companies who are bound by "do not call/do not solicit" (DNC/DNS) agreements.  We pipeline often and are missing out on potentially great candidates because they currently, or previously, were employed by a company within our DNC/DNS list.  To what extent are you living into your agreement in your recruiting processes and what steps do you take to maintain compliance?
