Consequence of changing the status of an ILT/ Enrollment

This may be a dumb question, but I'm going to ask anyway.

I'm cleaning out a lot of older ILT sessions to make room for the new year, but users will still want to see which classes they completed in 2012 under My Transcript.  If I change the status of an ILT and Enrollment (deactivate), will this class cease appearing in user transcripts?
