Filtering by Unviewed Candidates (non-knockouts)

Looking for some help here. One of my hiring managers called me today wondering why she couldn't filter by UnViewed candidates anymore. Is there a way to search/easily filter by unviewed candidates that are not Knocked Out? We're approaching our busy season and what to be able to focus on offices that are not recruiting properly.
