DIY Referral Program

We're looking to build a referral program OR for an existing referral product that gives us a great user experience, but also allows for us to track information in Taleo.  We are using the current Taleo referral tool, but it either requires a lot of manual work from the referrer or adds extra work for our Recruiting team. 

We want something that is very easy to use for those referring and also something that allows us to track the success of the program.

Anyone have a tool that they'd like to brag about?
