Is there a way to configure the printable application from Teleo?

I have set up our online application to gather all of the correct information. I also figured out how to print out a candidate's application, but there is not a place for a signature and date. Once a candidate is selected, I would like to be able to print their electronic application and have them sign and date it when they come in for their onsite interview. Currently they have to fill out a paper application once they have been selected. It is a redundant step that I would like to eliminate. Does anyone have advice for me?
