Disqualification and Prescreen Questions - How to separate for Share and Print?

Hello - We are upgrading from Taleo 7.5 to Taleo 12 (12B9 or 12C) next month.  In 7.5, recruiters are able to share/print Prescreen Questions separate from Disqualification Questions since they do not want Hiring Managers to view Disqualification Questions.  In Taleo 12, we understand (and have tested) that this is no longer possible since the Prescreen and Disqualification Questions are no longer separate sections of the candidate profile.  How are others handling elimination or removal of the Disqualification Questions if you only want to share/print the candidate's Resume, Prescreen Questions, Screening, and Profile information?  This is a very large
