Ability for candidates to have multiple resumes for different requisitions?

Is it possible for candidates to have multiple resumes in order to be able to apply for different requisitions?  For example, we have candidates wishing to apply to two different postings and would like to use separate resumes/cover letters for each position.  When they try updating their resume to apply for the second position it updates it for all positions applied for.  Any solutions would ge very helpful!
