Missing fields for searching and returning applicants

When a returning candidate adds another job or reviews their information, they have the option to search keywords, as well as log-in (image attached). However there are a couple of fields missing that I can't seem to add:

1. A search button to accept and search your description keywords once entered

2. Fields to enter your email and password as a previous applicant

For now, I've hidden these options. Does anyone know how I can correct these missing fields?
