E-mail Correspondence to link data back to a UDF

Hi All,

We are exploring various options to reduce steps for our Hiring Managers and On-boarding team.  Does anyone know if Taleo provides the ability to configure e-mail correspondence with a questionnaire imbedded in the body, allowing the Hiring Manager to populate responses (e.g., Yes/No, etc.) that would automatically link data to an On-boarding UDF?  We are looking to drive logic off of the UDF/responses.
