Large Offer Upload

I am having trouble with some of our internation contracts or offer letters - they seem to be too big to upload the template into Taleo. Does anyone have any work around ideas?  I am currently obtaining approvals through email but this is not ideal - and this is why we have Taleo... Thanks!
