User's Name in My Team Reporting

When a Supervisor is in My Team, he/she can see the user's First and Last Name (Image 1).

However, from "The Learn Center Report" (under Actions/Reports), only the Username is visible (Image 2).

This may not be a problem for a Supervisor who has only a few employees (to remember their usernames), it does become an issue when there are multiple.

Any thoughts on how to display the First and Last Names in this view? Also, the report doesn’t appear to be sorted in any specific order. Can it be sorted by User then Course?
