What Happened to the edit page for a Course launch?

On our LearnCenter I just published a new course I created using Articulate.  In the past when I have published a course and located the course launch page (using search), as administrator and owner, I have gotten edit controls that allow me to edit the look of the launch page.  This time I do not see any of those controls.  Any suggestions on how to get access to edit controls for a course launch page (where it says "click here to launch the course")?
