OnBoarding Process Document - Converting to PDF

Hello

I am using the OnBoardingProcessDocument Entity and "content" field in it to export the Data. I knew that the content in that field is in Binary Format and now I want that to be exported to a PDF Format. Can somebody help me to provide a script and also the JavaClass files which can be used to perform to convert to PDF. To my understanding, we have to create a Custom Step to convert the content to PDF. So, if someone can provide the script file or provide me steps would be a great help for me.
