Hiring Manager View-Employee and Onboard/Offboard not visible

Hi,

We have configured the page layouts, list views and applications views of Hiring Manager role, in spite of the configuration the Employee Tab and Onboard/Offboard are not being displayed in Hiring Manager View.

We have attached the user record with employee record of hiring manager and also added this hiring manager as a manager for few employees.

Could any of you let me where exactly am i doing wrong.
