Schedulers Comments on Interview Invite

Hello, What am I doing wrong that the comments I write in the interview invite under "scheduler comment" is not showing to the interviewee. I usually write info on parking or entering the building, security, etc. but the don't see those notes. Should this info go somewhere else?
