ILTs turned into courses

Hi KXers,

We are going to have ILTs for different topics that people can attend; we'll be recording these and putting each into a WBT course for folks who couldn't attend the ILT. I'm trying to figure out if there is an easy way to assign these (if I put a topic's ILT and the course on the LP, a person will have to do both for every topic to complete the Learning Plan [we'll have several topics on a single LP, so can't use the optional function])...

Any suggestions?
